All scaling and processing is performed by the OPPO BDP-95 which scales any input, pixel-to-pixel, to the projector.  From February 1, 2014, my projector is the JVC RS57 e-shift3 DILA. Screen captures, however, are performed on the Mac with MakeMKV and VLC software.

Reviews dated prior to June, 2008 were auditioned with my Audio Note 2-channel stereo, which realizes a high degree of clarity and dynamics, though it was not able to recreate the immersive intention of a DTS or Dolby Surround mix.  In June of 2008, I added the Integra DTC 9.8, configuring it in such a way as to fully incorporate the Audio Note front end.  A year later I added Audio Note surround capability. Starting in April of 2011, I brought in the OPPO BDP-95 which now performs all the video scaling and which  I configured for surround processing, doing without all other external processors.
